Historic Ellicott City is a charming town in Maryland that is full of history and charm. It is the perfect place to capture the special bond between a mother and child.

I recently had the pleasure of photographing a mother and her 1-year-old daughter in Historic Ellicott City. We started our session at the Patapsco River, where we captured some beautiful photos of the mother and daughter playing by the water. We then made our way to the historic mill, where we took some more photos of the mother and son exploring the old building walls.

One of my favorite photos from the session was of the mother and daughter snuggling up on the walk over towards the mill. The mother was holding her daughter so close, and they were both looking out at the river. The photo captured the love and bond between the two of them perfectly.

I am so grateful that I had the opportunity to capture these special moments for this family. I know that they will cherish these photos for years to come.
